About the event

Who can attend: The event is open to the public. You do not have to be a Marine to celebrate with us!
Attire: Black tie. Civilians are encouraged to wear formal black-tie attire, while military members should don their branch's appropriate dress uniform. Marine Corps League Members or members of other Veteran organizations may wear the appropriate dress uniform of their organization.

  1. French-cut Pistachio Crusted Chicken Breast Served with Lemon Pepper Cream Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Seasoned Green Beans

  2. Braised Beef Short Rib (Gluten-Free Option)Served with Demi-Glace, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Seasoned Green Beans

  3. Vegetarian/Vegan (Gluten-Free Option) Portobello Mushroom with Grilled Mixed Vegetables(Squash, Onion, Zucchini)

  4. Grilled Pork Chop (Gluten-Free Option) Bone-in Grilled Pork Chop with Caramelized Onions, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Seasoned Green Beans


    All Dinners are served with the following: Signature Renaissance Salad, Mixed Field Greens, Shaved Carrots, Grape Tomatoes, Sliced Cucumber, Crumbled Feta Cheese and Croutons, Served with House Vinaigrette (Mayo-based) or Ranch Dressing, Choice of Dessert Birthday Cake, Pound Cake with Strawberries, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Tea and Coffee upon request


Guest of Honor:

Major General John H. Admire, USMC (Ret.)


A Tulsa native and 1967 University of Oklahoma graduate, John H. Admire is a decorated Veteran of the Vietnam War and previously served as Commanding General of the 1st Marine Division.


Admire retired in 1998 after 33 years of service. He is the author of Darker Than Dark, a story of the Vietnam War and four young Marines, released in 2015.
